I want one! Lol ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strong Boning Knife, with a Catch. *by K***Y on June 17, 2022* The layers and the strength of this knife are there, and its beautiful handle is easy to hold. With all of the layers there is still a good stiff flex. Transitioning hand positions is great with the eight faceted handle making control a breeze. The only downside is the little drag point at the heel of the blade, its great if you want to use it like a hook to pull meat closer but I found it catching on to many pull cuts if I didn't account for it. 9/10 would buy again.
