When my son was smaller, it had a tendency to dig into his neck, which wasn't very comfortable. I tried twisting it at the bottom to alleviate some of the pressure, and it helped a bit. For me, this carrier is a great backup option to have on hand when you're in a pinch and need to carry your baby. It's certainly better than not having a carrier at all. That said, I wouldn't recommend using it as a primary carrier, especially if you're looking for more adjustability and comfort for your child. It serves its purpose in certain situations, but it's not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Horrible. Too long so it fit weird and felt too loose. It also covered my daughters head which I didn’t like because it felt like she was suffocating and when I was able to flip her forward facing it was right on her neck and made her uncomfortable. I wanted to like this so much bc I live in a hot state and the fabric was perfect for that but I couldn’t because it’s a terrible product.
