**Q: Do you need to remove your piercing jewelry befire putting these?**
A: I suppose you could take just the back of the earring off if that is where the pressure or keloid is; I would recommend removing the piercing to assess the irritation and sizing. It is difficult with just mirror, but not impossible.

A: I don’t see why not, I have wore it on the underside of my nose too..
