**Q: How do you unlock the self lock zipper to the pouch where passport is held? Really frustrating .**
A: The zipper has a "TEE" shape.  Hold the left half of the zipper stationary, push the right half down (it has ribs for easier grip) and the "TEE" pops up and out. In essence, pull the left up and push the right down.  Hope that helps.
