I had minor knee surgery and I use this pad for yoga and any other time I need my knees on the floor, ie. painting walls at the baseboards etc., it works great. I highly recommend this pad. **Q: My husband I both have this and did not get a free bag. We find it very hard to carry around. How can we get a bag?** A: My mat arrived in a black nylon carry bag. I suggest you go back through your Amazon order, find the company’s contact in formation and notify them about the missing bags. I have also found that is you mention your dissatisfaction through Amazon comments, many companies will contact you to make things right. **Q: would the velcro be in the way if I never use it? I don't need that feature but don't want to peel it off the pad.** A: Hello! If you're using a yoga towel, one end of the Velcro may stick to it, but it shouldn't get in the way too much. We're actually planning to redesign our mat without the Velcro feature since it's been requested by so many customers. It should arrive in a couple of months! :) **Q: Does this come with the mat? Or just the knee pad?** A: Just the knee pad. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kinesis Yoga Knee Pad Cushion - Extra Thick 1 inch (25mm) for Pain Free Yoga - Includes Breathable Mesh Bag for Easy Travel and Storage (Does Not Include Yoga Mat) - Retrospec Solana 1 inch Yoga Mat - Gaiam Yoga Block - Supportive Latex-Free Eva Foam - Soft Non-Slip Surface with Beveled Edges for Yoga, Pilates, Meditation - Yoga Accessories for Stability, Balance, Deepen Stretches --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/43681529-knee-pad-cushion-extra-thick-1-inch-25mm-exercise-knee](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/43681529-knee-pad-cushion-extra-thick-1-inch-25mm-exercise-knee) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
