I have in the past only used the gel for bruises. I had a major fall on my hip, with a 7.5x7.5 CM hematoma., fortunately no fractures. After a week the bruising was huge and dark purple. I ordered this product bc I heard the oil was better. Its been 5 days of rubbing this oil twice a day on those eggplant massive bruises all over my one glute and down the leg to back of the knee. Miraculous resolution in color, almost completely faded, except for about a 4 inch patch.
