You can tell it has a few layers inside. The soft felt like material inside is gentle on the paint surface. The outer reflective layer does its job. We've had some very hot days the last couple of weeks (well over 100 degrees) plus a few rains. When I take off the cover and open the car it is definitely not as hot inside as you'd expect. It protects my car from dust, is waterproof and reflects UV rays. It even covers the tires. The buckles and straps are not flimsy at all but are actually strong and sewn securely. We had some strong winds during the thunderstorms and it held just fine. The zipper on the drivers side is handy if you need to get inside. I used the chart to find the right cover and it is spot on. It fits perfectly like it was custom made. After a couple days of using it, I found the easiest ways (for me at least) to put on and take off the cover. I can now do either in about 1 MINUTE ..5 days per week when I have my car at work. 1. When you FIRST unpack it: Unfold it then roll it up onto itself (white/underside side showing on the outside) like a taquito from "back" to the "front" where there is a nice little tag that says "front". Leave about 2 feet hanging. 2. Start by standing in front of your car, placing the cover across the hood front and unroll a couple times. Stretch the underside, securing the elastic under your front bumper. 3. From side of car, unroll that side and secure behind the side mirror so it will hold it. 4. Unroll the other side. Place over the side mirror and unroll some more. 5. Place over the side mirror and unroll to the back of your SUV. Unroll other side. 6. Finish unrolling down the back of your SUV and stretch the elastic under your back bumper. 7. Secure the adjustable straps underneath both bumpers To take if OFF....I found most helpful to unbuckle the straps and tuck inside the first "roll", rolling from back to front. These steps keep the plastic buckles and straps from ever hitting your car/paint. Once its rolled to the front, fold in half and in half again. Then its' easy to unroll when you put it on again. Keep in mind that tire shine product may get on the underside of the cover, so make sure when you roll it up put it on the inside. This was definitely a good buy. So glad I chose this one! Review: EzyShade Car Cover fits my vehicle, easy to put on and off Evan has its ownstorage bag. - It came shrink wrapped. I was skeptical when I pulled it out of the package, it was all wrinkled. Let it sit for a few days, not sure if I wanted to put this over my new car. On day four after receiving the cover I decided to give it a whirl. It came with straps, a storage bag, easy instructions and other useful information. I did wash the car of dirt and dust dried it completely (like the instructions) it was easy to put overmy vehicle and it sat covered for three days in extreme heat and a sprinkling of rain. Finally on the forth day uncovered it from the car and I was pleasantly surprised that this cover actually worked! Winter season is basically five months away, I’ll see how it works then and maybe write another review. I recommend this product. ## Features - BEST FIT, BEST PROTECTION. Thanks for your question. Generally speaking we do not recommend that our car covers be machine washed. This is because we have found that some washing machines and washing settings may harm the integrity of our covers and on that basis we cannot recommend it. In most situations however it is easy to clean the outside of the car cover with a wet soapy cloth when it is covering a vehicle. The outer surface is very smooth and most dirt and grime will have a hard time stubbornly clinging on to it. I hope that helps. All the best from EzyShade. **Q: Hi, what size would i need for a '77 vw scirocco?** A: Hi there. Thanks for your question. According to the specifications of your 1977 Volkswagen Scirocco, I can recommend our C1 size car cover. This should provide a good overall fit for your vehicle. If there’s anything else I can help with just let me know. All the best, EzyShade. **Q: What is the height of a5? The first one I bought was too short for my 2022 accord hybrid** A: Ezyshade does not list any measurements, just a size number they believe will fit your vehicle. **Q: The chart does not list my 93 honda del sol. i know the car length is about 158 inches but ezyshade chart only lists a#.** A: Just start looking up the lengths of the cars listed. When you find one the same or just over the length of your, order that A# ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality and fit! *by J***W on July 16, 2026* I was pleasantly surprised at the great quality of this cover.
