**Q: How do you get the batteries in it?**
A: Top opens up

**Q: Is this safe for non-stick/teflon?**
A: Yes. I bought it for my son as he makes a dish that requires constant stirring for 4-5 hours snd he uses a Teflon electric skillet. And it still looks like new

**Q: What is the maximum liquid temperature that it can be used...Can it be used to stir oil infusions?**
A: Not sure about temp  we had it about 350 degrees.  I wouldn’t know about oil cushions don’t know anything about that.
