I got him the wrong clip. He wanted the z clip. **Q: Can this i-clip really hold upto 12 cards as they have on its discriptions?** A: Hmmm, 12 cards is a bit of a stretch, it actually depends on the thickness of the cards. As for my cards some are really thicker and the bottom like is to be able to pull them out when I need them I can only fit about 9, otherwise is a mess to try to get them out. **Q: I bought an iclip wallet and its broken how can i do** A: Well I've been waiting over a week for a reply to emails that I'm sending daily. So Nicole's experience is dramatically different from mine. I'm not even wiling to put customer and service in the same sentence for them, let alone calling it excellent. It doesn't exist. **Q: anybody using this for 6months and still happy camper?** A: I’ve had mine for 2 years now and still happy with it.
