I recommend it. **Q: Can you use oxygen through the trach while this is on?** A: I would think you could cut out the bottom under the shield and insert the oxygen hook up - OR - tape the oxygen tube end to the breathing input holes. HOWEVER - - this shower shield was clearly not made anticipating the use of oxygen as part of the design. **Q: What is the largest neck size will it fit?** A: I'd say pretty large. I have a very small neck and had to build it up with over an inch of silicone on each side and still keep the Velcro strap so it overlaps. So I'd say would fit a very large neck much better than a smaller one. **Q: If I turn it around do you think it'll work to protect an incision in the back of my neck in the shower?** A: If you have a large neck, it might. This takes a bit of practice to get it on without any gaps on either side (we use two people) but it helps make showers a pleasant experience again.
