I’ve used 2:1 solutions that set quickly and are difficult to use for filling voids and cracks. This was perfect for filling thin cracks and voids. The coverage will depend on how you plan to use it. I used it to fill voids in a dining table. The table was 32x64 cherry 2 in thick with several large knots all the way through. I used about 3/4 of the bottles. If I was flooding the 32x64 surface and looking for a medium buildup of material I would by 64 oz. But the cherry was pretty “thirsty” in the sapwood areas. **Q: Will this work over minway wipe-on poly? will it cover a 16" x 6' bar top?** A: I used a 16 oz kit on a smooth wood surface after precoating it with some left over from another job and it worked but just barely. That was a somewhat smaller area than you are proposing. If it is an area you need to be well done, don't think you would be happy with the results. Not sure about minway. I would test a small test area first for adheason. **Q: Suitable for outdoor applications in direct sunlight / rain / snow?** A: I have no experience trying it outside in the element but it says basically it sticks to wood and fiber glass, however if the wood gets any moisture in it in an outdoor setting where it is subject to a wide range of temperatures, especially a freeze thaw situation, I think you would have separation issues. Fiberglass not so much. I built a cedar strip kayak and covered it with fiberglass and epoxy resin with no issues but I always stored it in a dry environment. I never left it sit in water overnight, nor I did not let it cook in the sun all day. **Q: Can i use this to patch up my existing chiped bathroom counter top resin? For chipped fillins repairs ?** A: Yes you should be able to. However, it will likely not do a good job of leveling at the edges of the chip. You could over fill the chip area bleeding the new resin over the undamage resin and try to polish it smooth. That would be a lot of work. If it is just a small top you might be better off covering the whole top with another coat to include the chipped area. If you cover the entire top, you need to find out what the resin manufactorer recommends as a minimum thickness for proper leveling.
