It's very good at cleaning tar & oil on concrete off. Not sure how well it would be for getting something like motor oil soaked into a driveway out. It would clean the surface well. But have not tested how far into concrete it is effective **Q: It says it’s a gallon, yet your listing says it can’t be shipped to California because it exceeds a gallon. I had a worker come and give me an estimate of $1500 to pressure wash the porch with some kind of chemical that they weren't sure was safe for our dogs. I found this product, used a pump pressure sprayer with 50% water and 50% Blue Bear Degreaser and sprayed the walls. The black spots immediately started to disintegrate! After a few minutes I went over the spots with a brush, washed it all off with water and it was like brand new!!! You can use regular detergent, but it will take twice as long with 3x's the energy. They were just invaluable to me when I was getting frustrated at my techniques to strip my fireplace and gave me pointers and tips on how to work smarter and not harder.Even better, both products are biodegradable.
