Using a gentle side to side and circular motion. It feels amazing, like your eyeballs just had a shower! Does not sting at all and has helped with the eyelid crusties with consistent daily use. My eye makeup even goes on better and lasts longer.

A: I think the person is asking because amazon sellers frequently send out packages with an expiration date close to the date of order.
