A: Yes

**Q: are the quad-lock cases waterproof?**
A: No, Its water tight. Enough to keep rain away. But I wouldnt say waterproof

**Q: Will this fit 2019 Drz400 sm?**
A: It will depend on the handlebars you have on. As long as you didn’t go with something crazy big or crazy small it should fit. I believe I have mine on 1 inch (1 inch outer diameter of the handlebars since that’s how you measure them. Just FYI)  and it could have fit on smaller bars with the bushings it comes with or bigger if I took the bushings out.

I purchased this mount to use on my Honda CB300R, and after two months of daily commuting to work and longer weekend rides, it has proven to be an excellent product. The mount holds my phone incredibly securely with zero slipping, even at highway speeds. I love the adjustable extension arm, which gives me plenty of placement options to get the viewing angle exactly where I want it on the handlebars. I coupled this with Quad Lock's vibration dampener to protect my phone's camera sensors, and the combination works flawlessly. It gives me quick, easy access to my phone for navigation, music, and managing calls while keeping it perfectly stable. I have absolutely zero complaints after two months of regular use and highly recommend this setup to anyone looking for a reliable motorcycle mount.
