**Q: Can I use this to clean the DSLR camera's mirror and sensor? (My Nikon D7100 has some dust on the sensor that can't be blown away with an Air Blaster)**
A: Sensor: Yes. it is safe to use to clean the glass covering the sensor. LensPen even has specific version for using on sensors that are shaped to help reach the corners.Mirror: NO. NO. NO. It is not safe to use on the coated glass surface of the mirror. You should never touch the mirror for two reasons: 1) The coating is very delicate and can be scratched/rubbed off very easily. Blow any dust off with a quality air blower. Beyond that you really should take it to a properly equipped professional with specialty tools.2) The entire mirror assembly is very delicate and easy to push out of proper alignment. This will affect the framing of the scene you see in your viewfinder as well as wreck both manual and autofocus ability.
