There is nothing like being in pain after eating because your body, for some unknown reason, has decided to mess with you. Cut to my life now with the Maxi-zyme enzymes. Life changing!!!!!!!!! When I first started taking them I was taking 2 with every meal. The improvement was almost immediate. Two years later and I still use them but not as frequently. I don't know if they helped my body remember what it's supposed to do on its own or what -- but unless I eat some offending food that my body still can't digest fully (yes, that would be you, Mr. Onion) I don't need to take them with every meal anymore. These are my lifesavers though. I feel SO MUCH BETTER!!
