Review: Good for hot/bikram yoga - Really does the job;it's super absorbent and you don't need a mat towel until you get to the lying portion of the class The mat is more absorbent then most but if you sweat very heavy you will need a towel later in the class I clean it using a mat spray Once a week I use a hose to wash it and hang it to dry I think washing it in the machine may wear it out prematurely Buy this mat it does have better absorption than most

Love this mat. I'm pretty sweaty at I don't slide at all. I do wish it was longer. I'm 5foot 7 inches and my heals and head can't be on the mat at the same time but overall I love it
