It's been only 10 days but I feel like I'm already experiencing the benefits on some level. I noticed that I fall asleep much easier at night and during the day gives me more energy, I no longer need a second cup of coffee to be ready for the day which is great :) I'm more focused at work, and truly seems to help with anxiety too! I had no side effects whatsoever, it's great value for money and I love that it's suitable for vegetarians. I'm very excited about this product and will continue using it.
