**Q: How do you set up/connect the Netflix and Prime Video buttons? Is it automatic? Not finding anything on setup online**
A: On my T.V. it was press and play no set up. If you have the app already installed on T.V.

**Q: why wont it turn my tv off**
A: Though they don’t make it clear, outs the wrong controls for the TV.  It will state in the description the I. D. # for the correct TV.

**Q: What are the Steps to connect tv and remote**
A: There were no steps as the remote was a match for my Samsung TV. Worked right from the start.

**Q: Will it work with the Samsung un55D7000?**
A: No. The list only specifies 55TU and 55Ru (See Description.)
