Just what I needed. Ran one HDmi cable from my Xbox to the Connecter, and then added a 25 ft, Hdmi cable and bam I can play my Xbox on my Pc Monitor and still watch my tv and no signal loss. if have to use two Hdmi cables to connect your devices this works great. Very sturdy, doesn't feel cheap despite the price.
