They cost much more than penny sleeves, hopefully that answers your question. **Q: Can these be put into a 3 ring binder?** A: I use BCW's 4-Pocket Pages for Binders. **Q: Does these sleeves come with a few extra? They are top loading sleeves like you typically find for standard sized cards. I bought three packs to sleeve my planar cards from the Planechase Anthology. They definitely add some bulk so you shouldn't expect to fit the cards back in the box when you are done sleeving. The shuffle feel is good and the cards stay neatly stacked on your playing surface (i.e. they aren't too slippery). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for what they do. Protect better than the side loading ones because they top load. But really, you only use them in a few situations: Commander cards that come in Commander pre-made decks and Scheme cards in Archenemy. 40 is a lot.
