Is that what you mean by detergent? **Q: Why do the balls stop working after 4 mins in deep clense mode** A: Mine did not work after three or four uses at all. It is a bad product. **Q: My flawless brow comes with a battery. How do I install it?** A: Thank you for your question. To install the battery in Finishing Touch Flawless™ Brows, hold the top and bottom of unit and pull apart. **Q: Can I store on charger or will the battery ruin faster?** A: I'm not sure about it causing the battery to not last as long because I haven't needed to charge the silicone face scrubber since the initial charge. It seems to run forever on one charge. I wouldn't leave it in a plugged in charger all the time, but that's just my personal opinion. If you want to store it in the charger cradle, I'd unplug the cradle. ## Frequently Bought Together - Finishing Touch Flawless Cleanse Silicone Face Scrubber and Cleanser, 1 count - Finishing Touch Flawless Contour Vibrating Facial Roller & Massager, Rose Quartz - Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover for Women --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/425999982-finishing-touch-flawless-cleanse-silicone-face-scrubber-and-cleanser-1](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/425999982-finishing-touch-flawless-cleanse-silicone-face-scrubber-and-cleanser-1) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
