**Q: Is the drawer spacious enough to store power tools like impact wrenches, electric screw drivers, drill motors etc.? If so, roughly how many?**
A: Yes it is.  Plenty of room.

**Q: Has there been any issues with the frame or wheels failing? What type of warranty is offered?**
A: I DO not really know about the warranty, but I am a big man ( 435 pounds) and do not have any trouble rolling around on this cart. Plus also the seat is a comfortable pad,does not make your butt go numb. I have had these seats for about 3 months now an they have worked out great for me. I hope this helps your question.

A: The backrest is completely optional in your assembly.
