I've made multiple purchases of this product for several years and I will continue to do so. They're already sectioned into small strips which makes use a breeze--perfect for getting between the eyebrows and underneath them without affecting other areas. I find these pretty convenient so I also use them on my lips every now and then. I have sensitive skin and I don't find them irritating. There's about a day or so of redness for me, but no other irritants. Other products I've used have ripped the skin and these have never been an issue. They come with a little spoolie which is nice as well as some aftercare. I can't say much about their aftercare products. I've used them before and they were... fine. Nice to have, I suppose, but I prefer some aloe vera instead. You're always going to have a little pain with waxing, but if you're ready to try something new, give this a chance.
