I use this shampoo every day, and it manages them very well. I don't have the itching anymore in my hair and scalp. I highly rate this product. It's a little smelly, but your hair does not smell like sulfur after you rinse. I might not need the product anymore, but I am too afraid to stop and have the itching come back. If I ever do stop using it, I will keep a full bottle handy in case the itching comes back. **Q: I get demodex biting me on my chest & back will demodex control shampoo get rid of them?** A: This is a longish answer - years of experimenting - what works for me. 1. Always wash hair in/over sink, not when in shower or tub. 2. Use 2 towels - one for hair - one for arms, neck etc. 3. I no longer follow directions on the shampoo bottle.
