I cook pizza. A LOT OF PIZZA. Frozen, Take N Bake, and my homemade pie. I have had many peels to put my pie in the oven, but this piece of pizza equipment is by far THE BEST for accomplishing that chore. It is sturdy. It folds up nice to ft into the cabinet. It will not break, sag, or let your child slide off into the abyss for the animals to forage upon. Buy this peel once and you will not need to do it again. You can get on with your life and not have to worry when you ask "What am I going to use to get that pizza out of the oven, BBQ, or $2k dollar pizza oven?"
