Mine came with a little screwdriver for that purpose. **Q: Is the carbon fiber version shiny or matte?** A: More matte than glossy in my opinion. **Q: Is there any issues with scratching or scuffing up your cards on the metal of the wallet?** A: I haven’t noticed any as of yet, and I am constantly pulling cards in and out **Q: Before you put cards inside, do you just pull apart to stretch it out?** A: No. What I do is, there’s a designed spot on the opposite side of wallet which I use my thumb to push out the top card a little. Once it’s out a little I can slide the new card I’m putting in on top. It’s pretty natural for me now. I don’t even think about it. But I only keep 3 to 4 cards in it.
