Q: What’s the difference between white and pure white?

I only own the pure white. Because it was cheaper than the white . It’s papers to be a true white and does not have a off white or cream color. You can just choose to paint it eventually if the white is not bright enough .

Looks like less than an inch difference between the inside and outside Dimensions

Q: how large is drainage hole?

I really don't remember exactly but I would guess the size of a quarter or maybe slightly larger.
