It’s not a solid piece of meat, it’s like ground meat breast with spices, but I like it. My favorite is a tie between this one and the cranberry bison bacon. That’s a completely different texture. That’s soft. Good for people that have issues. It’s just very flavorful. It’s a little fatty. It’s delicious if you like bacon it feels like you’re eating bacon.
