I received mine and, in the attempts to get it unstuck, the thin silicone tore. This was before even using the item. I'm hoping the replacement comes without this problem (these might be manufacturer defects (they forgot to powder the inside before storing product) and they might be trying to sell off these defects as good products). The quality seems good if it wasn't for this problem. The silicone bulb itself is thick except for the stuck areas. The douche wand screws into a metal gasket which is attached to the bulb with a very strong, thick band. I'll be very happy with it, if it can arrive without the bulb deformity. I poured boiling hot water into it and slowly, while burning my fingers, I was able to open it up the way it is supposed to be. If anyone else gets one like this, I did have the option of getting my money back, which was great, but I decided to try it again. If you don't have good grip strength and don't want to burn your fingers with hot water - just sent it back.
