Review: Lots of options and kids love it - This is the second fidget dodecagon I've bought and I highly recommend them. While the first one I bought broke, it lasted for a little over 3 years despite some very rough handling from some of the kids I work with, including kids trying to pull pieces off and throwing it. Ultimately the texture side fell off, part of the rubber loop snapped off, and the item broke in half after getting thrown across the room (obviously not its intended use). But for context, most of my fidgets start to break within a year, so the fact that this held up for so long is actually miraculous. Especially because it's easily the most popular fidget in my basket -- even more popular than my fidget cube or squishies, and it's popular with boys and girls alike. It's great for keeping kids who need to fidget engaged. The first time they see it, the number of options can be a little distracting, but once they've taken them all in, it isn't so distracting and can help them focus. I think it would be a great one to carry with you (or for your child to carry with them), because having all sorts of sensory stimulation from one fidget removes the need to carry as many. A number of the buttons and things on it do click and clack, though I think it's quieter than popits, and also there are a number of things one can play with on it that don't make any noticeable noise.

**Q: Is it suppose to rattle alot or is mine broken?**
A: Mine from Dec 2020, and in June 2022 it’s fine. 

I love it, I use it all the time.  Once a switch-thingy on the item came off. I was easily able to pop it back on, and it’s never been a problem again, a king time now. I

For a meeting or phone call it’s a bit too loud with clicking noises, (it’s not loud in general for me) but on mute on a zoom call or the phone, it’s great. Mine barely rattles, so they seem to have fixed the issue people were reporting 

The handball size is perfect for my hand.

Great gift or suggestion to ND friends or caregivers of ND people.

I am very comfortable recommending it, and do often.

**Q: How would you compare this to one of the four-sided fidget cubes with less buttons/features?**
A: It fits more comfortably in your hand like a small ball and more appealing with all the gagits. There are soft and hard buttons with a satisfying click and also a joy stick, a thing that clicks as it spins, another spinner that look like mini volume pieces and other silicone pieces that I can not describe lol. I do enjoy the silicone handle that you can slip onto your finger and take hold of the whole thing. My son is 7 and absolutely loves it and I'm in my 30s and enjoy it. 

I will add one disappointment, the 3 piece DJ looking jobs can fall off, gluing them does not interfere with fidget at all if you don't let the glue run down.

A: Amazon automatically gives you 30 days. Most sellers find that sufficient. One of the buttons, likely the pen clicker, will snap off or break through. It's not reinforced throughout the middle. My thought is the design or cost would be prohibitive. If you can overcome that, it's still a quality item.

A lot of the sides didn't do much for me but I had a few personal favorites! The switch (has resistance and a nice click), joystick (I just really like joysticks, you can also push it in and pull it out), silicone button (it's like clicking a pen and feels nice to touch) rotating disk button (also has resistance and is fun to spin when I firmly run my thumb around the edge), the bumpy silicone pad (it's also nice to touch and I enjoy hearing the sound when I firmly rub it and the silicone snaps back into place, best way I could describe the sound is a soft mix of crackling and popping) and the game buttons (again, has resistance and the sound of them clicking in sync is satisfying to me). Was expecting to like squishing the silicone balls but they're really tough, I gotta put some effort into squishing them and would've preferred something softer, the large ball is a little squishier though.
