A: Technically yes however it wouldn’t cover much of the diaper unless they are very small diapers.

**Q: Will these shrink after washing and drying in the dryer?  The 2-3T is like a size 6 from a different brand but i worry that it will shrink too much.**
A: ours did not shrink much at all.

Would not purchase again. It's got terrible elastic around the waistband, it will just fall off an active toddler. Size is too big too.

Poor stitching workmanship. Panties are washed in a wash-bag. Never tumble-dried. But after couple of wears, the sides just burst out. Should have been 5 stars as they are soft, comfy and fitting. If only Hanes could pay more attention to the quality
