That, friends, is a great way to do business, and ensures a customer for life. I bought this in February. It worked great. No complaints. Then, yesterday, the handle snapped off. I contacted desertcart, and they said the return window has passed. They claim you can “Use it for years to create gourmet burgers and sliders, but use caution due to its extensive power”. I guess “years” means 7 months. I’ve contacted the manufacturer. I’ll update once/if I hear from them. Until then, I’m very disappointed.

A: It doesn’t have any numbers on it . It is very nice quality and heavy.

**Q: THe black logo on the food side is made of what material? How do I remove it?**
A: I’m not sure what it’s made of but it scratches so I’m sure you’d be able to scrape/sand it off

By far the best spatula I own! I love the weight of it. I wanted a spatula that would not bend or break when making smash burgers. This is that spatula! Also, get the burger press. It’s super heavy and I leave it on top of burgers and meat for more surface contact with the griddle.
