Review: Get rid of the sticker - PRO: Been using for 2 years for roof inspections. Stout, well made. Easy to extend and retract once you ensure each clamp screw is adjusted properly (not to tight or to loose). Use thread lock or add lock washer to maintain screw adjustment. I clamped (not too tight) a tablet holder to the base section to control the camera via wifi connection. Works for me. CON: *The foam hand grip could be better but ok for my part-time usage. Still ok after 2 years * Last extension to 24ft can be wobbly depending on camera weight. Rest base on the ground for stability * A big informational sticker was stuck to the pole near the foam hand grip. You have a sticky mess to clean up if you remove the sticker. A printed cardboard sleeve would be much cheaper to manufacture and recyclable.

**Q: Can this pole be mounted to a tripod?**
A: No it can not, its a glorified painting pole with 3 extension. It wobbles to much fully extended to shoot anything, but works to put a camera over a crowds head with it resting on the ground to steady it. Good to about 10-12 foot without the last extension extended.

**Q: Can this be used with insta 360 r and does the pole automatically vanish?**
A: If camera has a threaded hole on the bottom it will mount to the swivel adapter, otherwise you need a separate cradle mount. The pole extends and retracts manually, one section at a time.

**Q: Will the base of the pole fit into a 2" umbrella base plate tube?**
A: Yes, aluminum tube diameter is 1.43 inches. The rubber-foam at the base is 1.68 diameter and can be removed if desired.

**Q: what are the dimentions of each of the sections. Can i drill some holes in it and run some small cables throught it?**
A: approximate dimensions are:
sections are about 5 feet long
Base is 36.5 diameter
sections are: 31.5, 28.5,25.5 and 21.5 diameter
You could drill holes and add wires, they would have to be just below the plastic clamps so you could still retract the pole completely (minus the thickness of the wires). If you are trying to make a guide for a rope or something you could attach the wires to the plastic clamping assembly (there are 2 screws there) without drilling holes in your pole
