It is very solid and very well constructed. The keys are very high quality with a solid rubber housing. The 5/8 inch pins help with rattle when towing my trailer. The locks work great. I ordered two as we have a hitch bed extension for our kayaks so we needed two. One of the two arrived without the small piece covering the key hole, the grunge guard. I contacted Rhino USA customer service and submitted pictures and explained and they sent us a new one very promptly. Works like a charm. Currently using it on my titan, fits snugly and doesn’t rattle, looks pretty sleek and appreciate the extra key. The work so well someone tried to steal my step and could not because of the lock , so they just ripped the wires out of my step. But the lock held.
