Latch broke on first use, while packing for the airport! Had to travel for 3 weeks with a broken latch. I registered the product and it confirmed a 5yr warranty not10yr as stated here. Not what I expected from Samsonite. Sent a request to Samsonite for help to replace the latch. 2 months = No response
