I reached out to them and they kept messaging me back and forth to get the missing patch replaced and today I got it in the mail!!! The customer service is why I wish I could give them SIX stars because the quality of these patches and how the Velcro is attached; I put these patches to the test with running into tables that have metal that sticks out and have yet to see any stitching come out or any tearing away of the Velcro itself which is a high quality Velcro!!! I would recommend this brand of tactical patches to anyone looking for high quality and amazing customer service!!!

I thought most of these were pretty good (funny) patches and at basically $1/patch, not a bad price. Quality seems like what I've seen in any other patch. Only "complaint" is that the mirrored flag was not included but I don't think I'd use that one anyway. I think it should still be included if they're still picturing it, tho.
