She asked me to double the dose to two full droppers per day and we will re-evaluate in March. I feel REALLY good about this brand as I have tried many and this one seems to be incredibly effective compared to other brands. I also don't have to take it with food which is great because I often skip breakfast -- pills on an empty stomach don't work for me, but this liquid vitamin D3 does not pose an issue! I take this in the morning (keep it in the fridge in a small tray where I see it daily) with a sip of coffee to wash it down and it's just a part of my routine now. It's a light/clear oil with barely any flavor. Easy breezy. Suggestion for the company -- Since I will be ordering every two weeks to get enough for my new "prescription" and would LOVE to have a bulk discount for buying multiples of this formula or, a higher dose, but right now I am just very happy to have something that seems to be working!
