I used to wear TENS pads from other manufacturers for 12 hours a day at least, 7 days a week for months and no rash. These give me a rash after a few hours and the rash lasts for a week and it is incredibly itchy. I dont know if it's the pads or if I got more sensitive. **Q: Will the pads fit an Accurelief dual channel Tens Unit?** A: We noticed that there are several types of Accurelief dual channel tens units in the market. If you choose the device with standard 2mm pigtail tens unit pads, they will be compatible with your units. Ended up using our dual machine with 2 of these large pads and 2 small square ones and it did the job perfectly. Stopped on hubbies knee well. Stickiness is good. A little water on the finger can revive these pads before needing to throw them away to fit new ones. These pads are a really good price. Also bought a pack of the small square ones for future use. The ones that came with the machine are equally ok, but their replacements appeared to be more expensive. Don't think it is worth paying that extra as in the longer term all pads will loose their stickiness, so focused on what was best value for money and still of an excellent quality.
