**Q: What's the difference in the men's and women's? I see they're very similar but men's have lycopene and no iron. I can't take iron so can I use men's?**
A: I’m not a doctor and you should consult your doctor about that question.  Having said that, I’ve been taking these for about a year and I’m personally doing just fine with these.

**Q: Does this multivitamin contain magnesium oxide? I'm looking for a multivitamin that doesn't include any magnesium (especially oxide).**
A: I don't see magnesium Oxide on the label, which you can clearlyy read on Amazon.
It's not in the "other ingredients" either.
