Review: Loving my new pan - it's a winner for me! - I really like this pan - it replaces a similar pan that got daily (and I do mean daily - sometimes 2-3 times daily) for a couple years and is simply worn out. This pan is deeper -which i love - and a tad wider. It does not stick - it cleans easily - the lid id wonderful (my old one had a silicone ring on the edge and if it got close to the gas flame it burned in a few spots - I hated that lid!. anyway this one is heavier and better. The pan itself is lightweight and easy to maneuver. I am very pleased with it. I also like the black color as I don't like light colored pans or pots in my kitchen (they never stay that way).
