Review: Fun and unique build - In honesty this model type is not particularly my cup of tea, I purchased mostly for the new parts and the fact it is an electronic lego model at a very fair price considering what you get. I enjoyed building the model and its functions are fun. It is not particularly fast, but that is quite common for official lego App controlled builds, but still a fun one. The parts in the set will give me even more flexibility for my own creations so for me was certainly a worth while purchsase.

Instructions clear and completed model looks good, is robust and great fun to drive into a wall and watch it flip over and drive off. It was quite a long build but that's half the fun for me. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: can you control this with a normal controller or just the ap?**
A: No this set uses the newer 'Powered Up' motor kit, controlled via bluetooth. As such it is not compatible with the older discontinued 'Power Functions'. If you have that controller, it won't work with this model.

Bought this for my 7yo and while it was slightly challenging for him (this being a set for 9+) he enjoyed it. The app to control it is great too.
