I did encounter an issue with the product dimensions initially, but the customer service was fantastic. They addressed my problem quickly and efficiently, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Thanks to their excellent support, everything is now working perfectly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would totally recommend these electronic blinds to anyone looking for a modern and convenient solution for their home.

The product arrived in the time frame that they indicated and the instruction for installation were very easy to understand. I install the the sliding panels and it only took several hours (probably would have been quicker if I had followed their instructions perfectly). After a week we decided that would have preferred a different color panel, so I contacted Yoolax and explained that it wasn't their error but ours. They responded within a day and gave us a very fair price to exchange for a different color. The new panels and valance arrived with instructions on how to change them out. The end of my story is that we are extremely satisfied and will be ordering from Yoolax in the future and Highly Recommend Them - excellent service and the product works!!!
