The remaining battery life it still has ... *by R***S on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on September 3, 2017* I ordered this battery because the original battery in my Samsung Note Edge (about 2 years old) was not holding a charge at all. The phone would frequently die, even when the phone said it had 20, 30, sometimes as high as 40% battery life remaining. It was also losing battery life faster than it used to.I ordered this replacement battery from OhmniPax, and it eliminated the issue of the phone dying with battery life still remaining. This battery can run all the way down to 5% without dying unexpectedly.However, after about 70 days of owning this battery, it has its own different issue. The battery continually loses capacity, with no end in sight. The day I received it, it charged up to 100%, no problem. Every other day or so, the capacity goes down by a percent. After a few weeks, it would only charge to 93%. After a month, it would not charge above 84%. Now, on day 70, I can't get the phone to charge above 66%. It's pretty consistent.The remaining battery life it still has is good. It doesn't die faster, like the original battery did in its final days. But, it is seemingly going to continue to deteriorate, and need a replacement sooner than the original battery did. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good solid short term solution. *by Z***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 22, 2018* The battery was purchased May 2017. After 1 year we started experiencing battery related. the battery holds %50 charge and the device is not considered stable due to cells dropping out and forcing reboot during high draw phone actions (video with background sync).An ok solution if you want a year of solid use for a heavy phone user. I would expect it last as long as a official Samsung battery which provided three years of service. Since those are no longer being made and presumably these OhmniPax are made from new cells then this is a better choice than New Old Stock from Samsung where the cells have been sitting for way too long. ### ⭐⭐ 25% Success Rate, Stay away! *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 7, 2017* I orginally purchased 2 of these to replace the OEM batteries for 2 different Note Edges. One worked perfect the other had a difficult time charging. I returned the second one to Amazon and bought another thinking it was just bad luck since the other worked so well.A couple months later another battery started having issues. I contacted OhmniPax through Amazon and after a few days of back and forth (it takes them 24 hours to reply to answers to their questions) they sent out a replacement.I had no issues for about 3 months, until another battery would not charge. Frustrated, I ordered a battery from another company (PowerBear) that so far is working fine.So, since April 2017 (to early November 2017) I have had 4 different batteries with only one still working. A 25% success rate.
