Its ergonomic handles provide comfort and control, while the precise roller mechanism ensures tamper-evident sealing, ideal for home brewers, craft spirit makers, and kitchen artisans. ## Description Material:Metal Operation Type: Manual Designed for aluminium, metal screw caps User manual: 1. Put the press tool on the cap previously placed on the neck of the bottle and tightened to the stop. 2. Tighten the grips on the gripper so that they are in contact with the cap's warranty ring. ## Features - PROFESSIONAL ALCOHOL CRIMPING TOOL: A manual tool ideal for sealing glass bottles with aluminum caps. It works perfectly for bottling vodka, spirits, liqueurs, as well as homemade juices and thick syrups. - TIGHTNESS AND SECURITY GUARANTEE: The roller mechanism precisely forms the cap’s thread onto the bottle neck and secures the tamper-evident ring. This provides clear protection against tampering, which significantly boosts customer confidence. - SOLID STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION: The body of the crimping tool is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability and complete resistance to corrosion, even during very intensive daily use. - ERGONOMIC DESIGN FOR REGULAR USE: Manual operation provides full control over the clamping force. Comfortable handles enhance user comfort, making this equipment indispensable in small bottling plants, artisan workshops, and laboratories. - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND PRACTICAL TIPS: Designed for compatible pre-threaded aluminium screw caps measuring 28mm (28 x 18mm). Always check bottle neck and cap compatibility before use. We recommend performing a few test runs on empty bottles before working with the final product. - IMPORTANT CAP COMPATIBILITY: Designed for compatible pre-threaded 28mm aluminium screw caps with a tamper-evident band. The tool crimps the tamper-evident band securely around the bottle neck. It does not form threads and is not suitable for completely smooth, unthreaded aluminium caps. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09BZRG46V | | Best Sellers Rank | 645,909 in DIY & Tools ( See Top 100 in DIY & Tools ) 1,532 in Crimpers | | Brand | DIAH DO IT AT HOME | | Colour | Blue, silver, Silver | | Grip Type | Textured | | Handle Material | Alloy Steel | | Handle Type | Ergonomic | | Manufacturer | Enolan | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Usage | Domestic use: sealing bottles at home | ## Product Details - **Brand:** DIAH DO IT AT HOME - **Colour:** Blue, silver, Silver - **Grip type:** Textured - **Handle material:** Alloy Steel - **Handle type:** Ergonomic ## Images ![Manual 28mm Metal Screw Cap Sealer - Handheld Bottle Crimper & Twist-On Capping Tool for DIY Home Brewing, Craft Spirits, Liqueurs & Kitchen Glassware - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51YboOQVVKL.jpg) ![Manual 28mm Metal Screw Cap Sealer - Handheld Bottle Crimper & Twist-On Capping Tool for DIY Home Brewing, Craft Spirits, Liqueurs & Kitchen Glassware - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/314PTNNASxL.jpg) ![Manual 28mm Metal Screw Cap Sealer - Handheld Bottle Crimper & Twist-On Capping Tool for DIY Home Brewing, Craft Spirits, Liqueurs & Kitchen Glassware - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31ucdQq955L.jpg) ![Manual 28mm Metal Screw Cap Sealer - Handheld Bottle Crimper & Twist-On Capping Tool for DIY Home Brewing, Craft Spirits, Liqueurs & Kitchen Glassware - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31QkfTCuUcL.jpg) ![Manual 28mm Metal Screw Cap Sealer - Handheld Bottle Crimper & Twist-On Capping Tool for DIY Home Brewing, Craft Spirits, Liqueurs & Kitchen Glassware - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/415PS3Vb66L.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - DIAH DO IT AT HOME Manual Metal Screw Caps Crimper Sealer for Bottles Twist On 28mm Cap Home Brew Crimping Tool - Lalvin EC-1118 Wine Yeast (10 Pack) - Champagne Yeast - Make Wine Cider Mead Kombucha At Home - 5 g Sachets - Saccharomyces cerevisiae - Sold by CAPYBARA Distributors Inc. - DIAH DO IT AT HOME Fermenter 30l Fermentation Bucket with Tap, Airlock, Lid, and Bung, Homebrew Wine Making --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/405852520-manual-28mm-metal-screw-cap-sealer-handheld-bottle-crimper-twist](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/405852520-manual-28mm-metal-screw-cap-sealer-handheld-bottle-crimper-twist) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
