## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this box lockable?**
A: No, you would have to add a lock but you need to make sure you don’t damage the internal faraday case whilst doing that otherwise it’s main function of blocking the wireless signal would fail.

**Q: Could you remove and flip the inside box to hang the box upside down so the hinge is on the right but the internal hooks are the right way up?**
A: Yes you can! It’s very simple as the inside box is only held in by some weak glue.
Obviously you need to be careful not to damage the RFID material so best not to use tools, knives etc.
I found if you pinch the inner box with your fingers, hold against the strip/outer box on one of the long sides and give it a gentle tug that was enough to free one side. Repeating this process on the other side which was held a little stronger broke the glue bond easily and allowed you to just lift the inner box out with no damage whatsoever.
Just turn it the inner box 180° and drop it back in and the friction between the two side strips and the top & bottom of the outer box is enough to hold it in place even when secured to the wall.
I guess if there was more of a bond it would have required more effort to remove it.
You can of course glue it back in if you prefer but it’s not really needed.

**Q: I like the concept but is it sturdy on the wall?**
A: It mounts on the wall using the 4 screws (provided) at each corner thereby ensuring a strong fixing at the wall. Hope it answers the question but do let us know if you need any additional information.

**Q: Is it supposed to come with a pouch as mine didnt.**
A: Dear Sid, thanks for your inquiry. Sorry but it doesn't come with a pouch.
