Solid build
Rope is strong and the end caps are attached in a solid manner. I bought it to use with resistance bands at my house and its been doing a great job. To be fair, its not pulling anything above 100lbs so I cannot attest to anything higher, but for 100lbs and under, it works great.

Great so far.
I purchased the tricep rope to keep as a spare in my gym bag. The ropes are almost always in use at my gym, so having my own has been better than being frustrated. For the price, this rope has been great. It feels sturdy and thick enough that it has held together well. No real complaints from me. Get it and never have to compromise on your workout plans!
