Somehow in my training routine I had been neglecting my shoulders and benching too much. I went to do a push-up one day and almost screamed in pain as I crashed to the floor. I never had rotator cuff issues from pressing in my life, but I found out in a hurry how much work I needed to do to get the strength built back up to be able to press pain-free again. Enter these bands...they are small and light and provide the small amount of resistance the rotator cuff needs to rehab itself.
