I am confused! Will this fit?** A: 20# tanks are usually only filled to 15# for the exchange ones (cheaper, or extra safety margin???) I try to have good tanks filled at my local store with the full 20# for about $20 **Q: Can the hand crank still move freely?** A: This fits snuggly over your propane tanks. I'm not sure what your clearance is, but so long as you have a 1/2" of clearance I would think you would be fine. **Q: Can we purchase just the replacement covers if we lose one?** A: They would need to contact the manufacturer.
