Called the company's tech support, who doesn't actually pick up the phone, you have to leave a voicemail and they may or may not call you back. Called 4 or 5 times before I actually got ahold of someone. Tech support guy walked me through the setup (the same exact setup as what the app walks you through, so phone call was pointless). Camera would not connect despite having an 86% reach with my network. Tech support guy decided that the camera must be defective and i should exchange it for another, which I did. New one comes in the mail and still does not connect.Update: I finally got it working for a few uses. But on my last time trying to use it, it wouldnt connect at all and it never will. If my phone has wifi and this device has wifi (and you connect the two together for setup), why are you forced to use another wifi network. Should have the option only not the requirement.
